Vegan Chocolate Pudding

A delicious vegan dessert.  When I first discovered this recipe it was titled "seemingly normal chocolate pudding".   For me, it's far from normal, it's awesome!
1/4 cup 300ml sugar
½ cup 125ml unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp 45 ml cornstarch
2 ½ cups 625ml soy milk
